We do not sell products that have been used.

We store the products received from the manufacturer at the warehouse and then deliver them, or some of the products that are shipped from the store are managed so that they cannot be used by attaching an open prevention sticker. 

If you send us a photo to confirm the feeling of use or whether the entrance of the product you received is stained with gel, we will check and compensate you.

These were super pretty but it felt like they were opened before and the liquid in one bottle didn't seem like it was full. It felt used and some bottles opened super easily.
